We aim to ship our orders out 5 days a week, dispatching our orders on Monday – Friday. The only days we don’t dispatch orders usually is Saturday as well as Sunday due to post office being closed.
Our orders are usually printed and packing starting from 5am GMT. Orders placed after 5am GMT may not be dispatched until our next working day.
To protect the contents of the parcels, our products may be shipped in bags which are typically clear with product names which isn’t what you may have ordered. These bags are used for the intention of keeping your wool dry during shipping, while also reducing the amount of single use plastics we going to landfill.
